On behalf of a leading industrial company based in Padua, operating in B2B and private label for industrial films used in packaging and printing, we are looking for an AREA MANAGER EUROPE. The company, with approximately 300 employees and a turnover of 100 million euros, is experiencing continuous growth and development.


Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, the Area Manager will be responsible for driving commercial growth in the assigned region. The role involves both business development and customer relationship management, with a strong focus on international markets.

Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market and competitor analysis;
- Managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships;
- Representing the company at international trade fairs and industry events to expand the network and brand awareness;
- Developing and executing sales strategies, budgets, and forecasts for the assigned area.

The ideal candidate has:
- A technical diploma or degree;
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the rubber/plastics sector;
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus;
- Willingness to travel internationally.
